Communication-strategy and implementation of a campaign for the global introduction of a new service culture and the new process-supporting software "PICTURES" for 8500 employees in 120 stations on 5 continents. The campaign encompassed "Lead User" events and trainings, an online community-platform, release-letters and a print-campaign as well as employee-events in Frankfurt, Bangkok, Dallas and New York. more
